The PLAN B guarantee: your plan B for a successful holiday
The PLAN B guarantee is available to all customers booking a package (committed flights, excluding Flex) between March 20 and May 31, 2026, at one of TUI's 54 medium-haul clubs, including Club Lookéa and Club Marmara. It offers maximum flexibility to change your destination, dates, or even club, while keeping your original booking.
What you can change
- Change clubs: Club Marmara or Club Lookéa,
- Change destination: same or different destination,
- Adjust the departure date: until October 2026.
Warranty conditions
- Free modification up to 15 days before departure (subject to availability)
- Only one modification is allowed per file
- If the new price is lower than the initial booking, a credit note will be issued for the difference, valid for one year on all TUI France products
- In the event of cancellation of the new booking, the applicable fees will be those of the initial booking.
- Clubs located in Spain, Morocco, Sicily and Greece
Exceptions
- Packages including a flexible, regular or low-cost flight.
