Fixed-term contract – Full-time

The position
Reporting to Natalia, our Traffic Supervisor, you will be a key player in
the company's flight operations. Combining rigor, organization, and a small business mindset, your tasks will be varied and practical:
Your tasks
Preparation and monitoring of flight operations
- Prepare the loading and unloading instructions,
- Oversee all relationships with external stakeholders (opening and closing of
- runway, company intervention, supervising irregularities, requesting NOTAMs from civil aviation…).
- Ensuring the punctuality and safety of the flight by coordinating the various actions on the aircraft during the
- Stopover time: refueling, hotel accommodation, passenger embarkation and disembarkation,
- loading of baggage and freight.
- Provide the crew with the documents necessary for the successful execution of the flight.
- Establishing mass and balance estimates for aircraft, techniques for developing loading plans.
- Prepare and monitor charter, business, and general aviation flight operations: issue flight plans to
- Crews, briefing, weather file, NOTAM, slot, PPR, in compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure that safety and security instructions are properly applied on the apron.
- In the interest of versatility, you will also carry out missions as a Passenger Agent and
- other mission monitoring (safety, security, environment, general operations).
Administrative management
- Manage stocks, record and execute routine accounting operations in fuel supply.
- Managing cash registers.
- Update the daily schedule.
- Check passenger statistics.
Compliance with General Operating Procedures
- Watch documentaries from companies.
- Participate in ensuring compliance with general operating procedures.
- Report anomalies and write event reports.
Desired profile
We are looking for someone who already has a solid background as an airport traffic agent, ideally with
a BAC + 2 in Tourism.
Two years of experience is a real plus, but what matters most is your desire to put your
business acumen, diplomacy, responsiveness and organizational skills at the service of a team that makes
things happen every day.

- Fixed-term contract – Full-time (35 hours)
- High availability, ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and/or public holidays,
- Salary based on profile and experience: €26,975 (salary over 13 months).
